Piti, a wealthy socialite from New York, inherits a small town named New Utopia after her father's death. Upon her arrival, she discovers that her father was the leader of a cult and that the residents had been brainwashed to blindly follow him because of his influence. Piti decides to restore the residents' independence and make them normal again, and she begins abolishing human sacrifices.
