The carefree and curious meerkat Tafiti is forbidden by his grandfather to talk to other animals, and he always repeats: "The world is full of danger. Stay with your own!" A chance encounter brings Tafiti together with the clumsy and chatty little boar named Kistochka. Moreover, the meerkat is no friend to the boar, and Kistochka unwittingly becomes the cause of trouble for the entire meerkat family. A venomous snake bites Tafiti's grandfather. And now, according to an ancient legend, only a mysterious blue flower can help heal him. No one knows where the flower grows, and no one has ever seen it. Tafiti sets off on a distant journey to find the long-awaited salvation for his grandfather. And all would be well, but Kistochka becomes involved. Such a restless companion hardly fits into Tafiti's plans. This duo is in for truly unpredictable adventures at the edge of the world.
