An inspector for the FedEx logistics company, Chuck Noland—a workaholic who doesn't even have time for his own fiancee—is on yet another business trip when the plane carrying him crashes into the Pacific Ocean. Chuck, the only one lucky enough to survive, ends up on an uninhabited island, where he will have to fight for survival.
