Two U.S. Marshals travel to one of the islands off the coast of Massachusetts to investigate the disappearance of a patient from a clinic for the criminally insane. During the investigation, they will have to confront a web of lies, a raging hurricane, and a deadly riot among the clinic's inhabitants.
