After Cass becomes an involuntary witness to a tragedy on a lonely desert road, she cannot shake off her anxiety. She feels that someone is following her, though her husband Matthew is sure that it is only a figment of her imagination. Torn by doubts, Cass must decide whether she is losing her mind, or whether she is really in danger.
