An alien humanoid who calls himself the Doctor travels through time and space in a spaceship that looks from the outside like a police box from the 1950s. The Doctor is extremely eccentric and possesses incredible knowledge in the fields of technology, history, and science. He travels with his companions, while battling cosmic villains and saving Earth from countless enemies.
