After a police operation that went wrong, Samuel Kepler, a detective suffering from dissociative identity disorder, is reassigned to a mundane office job in Calais, a city in northern France. But a murder in the Calais migrant camp, nicknamed the Jungle by locals, forces him back to detective work, despite his inner demons, which truly live inside him and even talk.
