Young doctor Omer, in his youth, witnessed his father's death in a hospital due to the staff's unfair attitude toward patients. He almost wrecked the hospital, and only one surgeon, Hakan Aydiner, managed to stop him and set him on the path of righteousness. Years later, Omer returns as an intern to the same hospital and soon becomes a promising young surgeon, full of idealistic hopes. However, becoming a victim of intrigues, he is forced to transfer to a municipal hospital on the outskirts of Istanbul.
