In a typical high school, there are three high school girls named Heather, who have cruel personalities. It's not surprising, because each of them has a reason to hate those around them: one of the girls is dark-skinned with a non-traditional sexual orientation, the second is overweight, and the third Heather is transgender. The trio keeps the entire school in fear, constantly coming up with new forms of bullying against their classmates.
