This is the very beginning of the wild 1990s, and all the characters become swept up in a whirlwind of events. Kelly, Treva, Gadget, and Sean, with all their might, are trying to find themselves in life and devote themselves to creativity, giving a large portion of their time to the popular youth music movement—rave. Meanwhile, Milky and Woody are more serious and are considering starting their own business. Now they are the proud owners of a small shop where they sell scooters. At the same time, Combo is gaining his freedom, having served a sentence. Combo will have to start his life from scratch. Will he be able to get on the right path?
