Spanish rebels, led by the leader Viriatom, are fighting against Roman rule. The series' heroes save their wives, avenging their children's deaths, reclaiming lands that had always been their homeland. Guerrilla warfare gradually transitions into open battles, the people unite, striving to free Spain from Roman oppression.
