Romi is, at first glance, an ordinary girl who, in fact, is the princess of the magical Kingdom of Emotions. She arrives on Earth to catch all the Tinipins that have accidentally escaped: cute and very mischievous creatures, each of whom has a unique power related to an emotion or a character trait. They love to sow chaos and will do anything to avoid being caught. Romi must transform into various princess-wizards with the help of her assistants—the Royal Tinipins. However, she must be very careful to keep her identity secret, since the residents of Harmony do not believe in magic.
