The series tells the misadventures of a family living in a poor district in the valley, where, due to severe environmental problems and the effects of radiation, all residents are severely maimed and disfigured, physically or mentally. Pollution is a direct consequence of the wasteful lifestyle of the residents of the wealthy district Kholmy. The residents of Kholmy harass and harm the valley residents in every possible way, ignoring concerns about their safety and welfare.
