Howard Stark, a prominent industrialist, dies in an air crash shortly after refusing to militarily modernize the Earth Diggers at Obadiah Stane's bidding. The 16-year-old genius Tony Stark uses an advanced armored suit that he built himself and begins investigating Obadiah Stane's possible involvement in his father's death.
