That '70s Show tells the life of several seventeen-year-old teenagers living in Point Place, Wisconsin. Eric Forman is an ordinary teenager, a good guy, short and a little clumsy. He is confident, witty, and unflappable. His father Red Forman is a former Marine, a veteran of World War II and the Korean War, and raises him quite strictly. Life is made miserable by his older sister Lori Forman, who enjoys tormenting her brother and manipulating their parents. Eric's mother and Lori's mother Kitty Forman is an aging, feisty woman who likes to drink, but is also overly protective of the children. Next door lives a girl, Donna Pinciotti, and her parents, Bob and Midge Pinciotti. Other members of the crew: Fez, an exchange student from abroad who tries to understand American culture; Jackie Burkhart, her ex and current boyfriend; Michael Kelso; and Steven Hyde, a conspiracy theorist who believes that Xerox will take over the world. They usually spend time in Eric's basement, thinking about their lives, their parents, and the future, but they keep landing in funny situations and misadventures while living their challenging teenage lives.
