Young witch Kiki, after turning 13, must live among humans for a certain period. Together with her cat Dzidzi she heads to the city, where she meets a kind baker who helps her start her own business — an emergency delivery service. The new job introduces Kiki to many different people and offers the chance to make new friends and get up to all sorts of mischief.
