2006. Leon S. Kennedy arrives at the White House to investigate a hacker attack, and on the spot he encounters another zombie outbreak, which is soon suppressed. There, Leon meets Claire Redfield, with whom a meeting has been scheduled—the press secretary having perished—and there are also reports of a similar T-virus outbreak in Panamstan several years ago. It seems this is part of someone's sinister plan.
