In 2022, high school sisters Jade and Billy move to New Raccoon City, and they will live with their father, Albert Wesker, who works on secret developments at the Umbrella Corporation. Adapting to their new school takes a back seat when Billy convinces her sister to infiltrate the laboratory and reveal to the public that the company conducts experiments on animals. There, the two girls are attacked by a test dog and Billy is bitten. In 2036, there are about 300 million people left in the world, while the remaining 6 billion are aggressive carnivorous monsters infected with the T-virus. Jade Wesker studies their behavior, trying to identify signs of viral mutation and the development of new neural activity in the infected, when a representative of the Umbrella Corporation begins to hunt them.
