One day Stevie and her younger brother Elliot, the complete opposite of her, find a book in which the Sandman is described. The Sandman gives people dreams and can grant any wish. Together the children set off into the dream world to find this character and make their most cherished wish—to save their parents' marriage and keep their family together.
