A parasitic fungus breaks out from the very lowest level of the former US military base, where it had been sealed away by the government decades ago. A rise in underground temperature triggers the reproduction of this contagious and rapidly mutating organism. It begins to affect all inhabitants of the complex, controlling minds and destroying bodies. Tikeik and Naomi work at a private storage facility established on the territory of the former base. Now, with the help of a retired bioterrorism specialist, they must contain the threat and prevent humanity's extinction.
