The year is 1929. One of the Galapagos Islands becomes a refuge for a handful of people who would rather not live in civilization. The delicate balance is disrupted when a scandalous Baroness joins the commune. Her intrigues and thirst for power turn the paradise-like dwelling into an island of suffering and conspiracies. The level of tension rises to a fever pitch and leads to a series of horrific murders, the mystery of which remains unsolved to this day.
