Kamal decides to change his life and leaves Belgium to help the victims of the war in Syria, leaving his brother Nasim at home to take care of their mother. Upon his arrival, Kamal is forced to join a local militant group of radicals. Nasim goes to great lengths to save his brother and return home together, not realizing that he may end up on the same path to self-destruction as his brother, since he quickly becomes easy prey for radical recruitment. Now their mother Layla fights with all her might to protect her younger son.
