Former soldier Will Sharp desperately needs money for an experimental operation for his terminally ill wife. He turns for help to his criminal brother-in-arms Danny, and he drags him into a bank robbery. However, everything goes off plan; the brothers are forced to hijack an ambulance with a doctor and a severely wounded patrol officer, and now their only chance to get out of this mess alive is to save the police officer's life.
