Paris, the end of the 19th century. A talented engineer Gustave Eiffel dreams of building the metro, the underground railway of the future. However, a meeting with a mysterious woman from his past literally turns Eiffel's world upside down. Their dizzying romance inspires him to create an unimaginable architectural masterpiece: a gigantic lattice tower that would eventually become a symbol of Paris, romance, and love.
