Four years after his rescue from the clutches of a brutal maniac, the 17-year-old Finn is still trying to return to normal life. However, now his sister, 15-year-old Gwen, is tormented by mysterious dreams about a black phone that rings again. In addition, she is plagued by troubling visions of three boys from a winter camp.
