Successful surgeon Dogan Khandzhioglu was born and raised in Istanbul, but a few years ago he was forced to leave home and cut off ties with his family because of a shocking incident with his father. Now he lives in Izmir, saves people’s lives, and hardly communicates with relatives. His only link to the past is his younger sister Melek, who convinces him to come to Istanbul for his sister Gyulyusan’s wedding. Returning home forces Dogan to remember long-forgotten traumas and crimes connected with the Khandzhioglu family.
