Once a young 14-year-old girl, Meryem, was forcibly married off to a Muslim sect. Today Meryem herself has a teenage daughter, Zeynep. It turns out that behind Meryem's back, her husband is planning to marry Zeynep off to the grandson of Sheikh Kunayid. Trying to shield her daughter from such a fate, Meryem devises an escape plan. For this, money is needed. Then Meryem takes a job as a live-in caregiver at the home of Levant Alkanli, a renowned psychiatrist. The reasonable and benevolent Levant begins to help Meryem.
