Zara Dann, an investment trader at the retirement-savings management company Lokmill Capital, together with her colleagues finds herself at the center of a major robbery when their office is attacked by a gang of armed criminals. The robbers force the traders to execute trades totaling four billion pounds sterling, depriving all the depositors of their money. Detective Ris Kovak tries to solve the crime and identify the criminals; for this, he turns his attention to Zaru, who conducted the trades and had the most interaction with the robbers.
