A crimefighter opens his own school — the Kholmogorsk Academy for the Gifted. Together with his students, he will ensure the safety of the residents of Kholmogorsk. Captain Chela will have new assistants: Chapa, Mika, Bous, and Miles. Each of them possesses a superpower. They acquired their abilities by accident, and now they are to become real superheroes.
