The series centers on a 13-year-old Carly, a very ambitious girl who lives with her older brother, 26-year-old Spencer. Their father works in a distant country, so Carly has a lot of free time. She decides to create an online teen show, inviting viewers to submit original clips shot at home. Carly's show becomes popular, and she, along with her friends Samantha and Freddy, has to deal with such phenomena as competition, fans, show business, and school life.
