There is a district in Tokyo called Ikebukuro West Gate Park, not the most peaceful place to live. In this district lived a young man named Makoto. He kept to himself, idled around, and befriended the leader of a hooligan gang. One day Makoto, with his friends, met a 15-year-old named Suna, who was good at drawing nude women and dismembered corpses. He also sometimes shoplifted, something Makoto greatly approved of. Thanks to Suna, Makoto met two girls. Soon after meeting them, one of these girls was killed. The case was assigned to a detective who had a grudge against Makoto. The young man was dissatisfied with the police's work, and therefore decided to find the killer of his female friend himself.
