Many years ago, hired killers brutally killed Kit Walker's parents. Miraculously surviving that terrifying night, the boy ended up in a foster family. For days on end, he wandered the streets, astonishing his peers with his unusual abilities. But soon he comes under the watchful eye of a secret organization that begins to track him. Trying to figure out who these people are, Kit confronts the head of the secret agency Bayteyp. From him, he finally learns that blood of superhumans runs in his veins, and that his parents were Bayteyp's top agents. Now Kit must undergo a specialized training program that will develop his already extraordinary abilities into supernatural powers, and obtain equipment from the organization's secret laboratories, because only this will make him a true superhero.
