During World War I (1914–1918), a failed artist suddenly realizes his purpose: to save Germany. No one could have predicted that Hitler would become the dictator of Germany, its Fuhrer. The turning point for him was the economic crisis of 1929. The Nazi dictatorship casts its shadow over all of Germany. Hitler stated that he desired peace, but at that time he was already prepared for war—the Apocalypse.
