When Chloe was a child, she was found in a cave on the island, alone and lost. She knows nothing about her origins and keeps aloof from the other islanders. One beach party, which she had to attend with a friend, ends badly for her: a guy who tries to rape Chloe ends up unconscious for a long time under unclear circumstances. Meanwhile, a mysterious stranger named Teya arrives on the island. She forms a strange connection with Chloe, while the whole island is gripped by unrest over the disappearance of fish and several unsolved deaths.
