The laboratory mice Pinky and Brain are the products of a scientific experiment. As a result of genetic experiments, Brain became brilliant, and Pinky almost insane, but very funny. At night they hatch far-reaching plans, which are usually carried out at dawn. Their restlessness, twilight escapades, and feats are explained simply: to justify their mortal mouse existence, they have given themselves carte blanche to turn the Earth upside down!
