Anthropomorphic mouse motorcyclists Winnie, Modo, and Drossel left their home planet Mars due to a war with the Plutarchians. After crash-landing, they find themselves in a working-class neighborhood of Chicago. There they meet a charming female mechanic named Charlie and settle in her garage. Soon the mouse rockers discover that the Plutarchians have also arrived on Earth to extract its natural resources and send them to the planet Plutarch.
