The X-Men are assembling in their star-studded lineup: Cyclops, Emma Frost, Wolverine, Shadowcat, and Beast. Their goal is to resurrect the Xavier Institute and raise a generation of new mutants. The alien warrior Ord brings chaos and destruction, Indian doctor Kavita Rao is creating an incredible cure for mutation, and the lives of all the gifted are at risk. Some yearn to be healed, some grow angry at the mere thought of the serum, but together they must stand up to the treacherous Ord, forgetting their own deep struggles and pain and uniting their efforts.
