All the evidence points to a very cunning and bloodthirsty predator roaming in the county, but neither Sheriff Tanner nor his charming assistant Barbara suspect that soon they will have to face Dr. Hyde's treacherous pets, who for many years have been conducting secret experiments in hopes of creating a new type of biological weapon — intelligent and invulnerable tyrannosaurs. Not bowing to the CIA or the authorities, Hyde aims at any cost to raise a new generation of killers, and when even a fearless special forces unit fails to derail his plans, it becomes clear that only a brave sheriff can restore peace and order in his hometown, by brutally punishing the obsessed scientist.
