A church mission leads two young Mormon women to the doorstep of the innocuous-looking Mr. Reed. The man invites them into his home to discuss religion, assuring them that his wife is baking a pie and will join them soon. But the girls begin to suspect something is wrong. They cannot slip away unnoticed, and it soon becomes clear that instead of pie they will face elaborate tortures and a real test of faith.
