A teacher is transferred from Seoul to a small town to teach at a school for deaf children. He is a single father, determined to earn money to pay for his daughter's treatment, so he is willing to put up with the minor problems that immediately arise at the new job. But when the man witnesses the strange attitude of the teaching staff toward the deaf students, something even more terrifying adds to his personal troubles.
