A young couple is forced to abort a humanitarian mission and flee from a camp in the Kalahari Desert, because they are threatened by a gang of militants. A pilot-smuggler agrees to fly them out. However the plane crashes in the middle of a nature reserve, and now the passengers must fight not only humans, but hyenas, leopards, and lions.
