But the one who tasted the fillet experiences an attack; the injured is brought to a hospital, where he mutates into a bloodthirsty monster. A zombie outbreak begins, the building is cordoned off, and a guy with close-quarters combat skills tries to find his wife in this chaos, who works there as a doctor.
