While Aquaman tries to balance fatherhood with his duties as the king of the undersea world, David Cain hatches a plan for revenge. His research expedition discovers the trident of the cursed and imprisoned ruler of the lost kingdom, thus David falls under the influence of his wicked charms. To deal with this threat, Aquaman will have to help his younger brother escape from prison, whom he himself had put there.
