An unknown man in a mask is driving along the roads of the United States, leaving behind a bloody trail and a multitude of corpses. In Nebraska, a police officer accidentally comes face to face with a psychopath, whose wife becomes a witness to the killer's brutal murder of her beloved. Now, she and another police officer must track down the criminal and stop him before he carries out his plan for mass murder, which, in his design, will open the gates of hell for him.
