In a futuristic amusement park called the World of the Wild West, specially engineered androids fulfill visitors' every whim, so that they feel impunity and complete freedom of action. If a robot is killed, no problem; technicians repair it, wipe its memory, and put it back into service for a new day and new human whims. But it turns out that not all robots lose their memories.
