At the center of the plot are Wayne and his friend Daryl. They live on their farm in the small town of Letterkenny, Ontario, and they intend to defend their rural world from encroaching urbanization. All inhabitants of Letterkenny can be roughly divided into three groups: punks, hockey players, and ordinary workers. These groups are constantly at odds with each other, and this often leads to ridiculous situations and even physical altercations.
