Chon-hwan is the head of the Anti-Corruption Department at the General Prosecutor's Office. As he rises through the ranks, he often steps over his conscience. But suddenly he learns that he is terminally ill—he has a brain tumor, and he doesn't have much time left. Chon-hwan decides, in his final act, to put the corrupt General Prosecutor Lee Tae-jun behind bars. He will be aided in this by his ex-wife Ha-gyon, who is also a prosecutor.
