Policeman Tom Hammond leads a double life. The lawman is the leader of a brutal criminal gang of police officers, known as the Ravens. But punishment is inevitable: an undercover FBI special agent uncovers Hammond's criminal activity. The case goes to court, and the former cop is sent to prison, receiving a lengthy sentence. Yet Hammond does not lose hope of gaining his freedom and once again becoming the gang's leader, avenging all who betrayed him.
