Only a brave and selfless person can become a living target in order to save another's life. Human Target is an action-drama based on the eponymous comic book, whose main character is Christopher Chen, the only private security guard of his kind. He can be called whatever you like—a protector, a guard, or a bodyguard, but for Chen the main thing is to save his client's life. When the threat of murder cannot be eliminated by standard methods, Chen fully immerses himself in the client's life and becomes a target for the killer. If a corporation's manager is threatened by a laid-off subordinate, Chen becomes the corporation's auditor. If the president of a bank is informed about an impending robbery, Chen becomes a bank clerk. In each case Christopher is helped by his business partner Winston and freelancer Guerrero. In each case Christopher steps onto the line of fire and tries to save the client, uncovering the secrets of the conspiracy. During each case we learn a little about Chen himself as well.
