Colleagues respect her for her principled stance and fairness; the parents of the students trust her, and the students value her for her sincere care. Kivilchim is convinced that modern education should help children think freely and develop harmoniously. She strives to fight against outdated views on upbringing and does not accept stereotypes that, in her view, hinder the younger generation from realizing their potential. However, the calm and orderly life of the woman changes abruptly when her elder daughter Doa unexpectedly announces that she is pregnant. Moreover, the girl almost immediately declares her decision to marry her beloved. For Kivilchim this becomes a real shock. She tries to explain to her daughter that such serious decisions cannot be made hastily, but Doa is confident in her choice and does not want to back down. Blinded by feelings, she does not consider that she will face a completely different family atmosphere and traditions. The family of her fiancé adheres to strict conservative views on life and the role of a woman. Fatih himself was raised in these traditions and believes that after the wedding Doa should focus on family and motherhood, leaving her studies and career plans behind. This difference in worldview becomes a serious test for the young people. They will have to learn to listen to each other and seek compromises, for only patience, mutual respect, and real feelings can help them preserve their relationship and build a strong family, despite pressure from those around them and differences in outlooks.
